We chose Schwalbe's dependable Nobby Nic 2.4in tyres for their grip and cushioning complemented by the smooth power of Magura's MT Trail Sport hydraulic disc brakes. And Shimano's 1x12 Deore gears serve up a huge gear range and the peace of mind of legendary reliability. It's a winning combo. Packaging great performance low weight and safe-but-fun handling into a smaller frame isn't always easy but we love a challenge. The Stereo ONE44 HPC Rookie's frame combines 140mm of refined suspension kinematics with perfect proportions - in two sizes - and all the advantages of our advanced carbon construction. We added a replaceable gear hanger in case of accidents and the internal cable routing keeps gear shifts cleaner for longer. It's the complete pint-sized all-mountain package.
